 It should be! We photograph all our rugs in natural light. However, please allow for slight differences in color due to variations in your phone or computer monitor settings. Additionally, for our customized rugs, each one is entirely handmade, resulting in inevitable variations in pattern, color, and exact size (up to a 10-centimeter variation on either side) due to the organic nature of the materials. However, we make every effort to accurately capture the detail and color so you have a clear understanding of what to expect.

We strive to visit the artisans every two to three weeks to document the progress of your custom weave. You’ll receive email updates either from our operations team or directly from the artisan with the latest progress. Once the rug is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number from our team when we ship it to you. Please expect delivery within 8 to 12 weeks from the date of order placement.

 The cost of standard global shipping is included in all our prices. However, import taxes may apply for customers residing outside of the United States.

We conservatively estimate a 5-7 day delivery window from the time the item leaves Marrakech. However, in most cases, it’s typically under the 5-day window.
