Itinerary

Our agent will pick you up from Tangier Port/Airport and visit the city, depending on your arrival. This whitewashed hillside medina is home to the Dar el Makhzen, a palace of the Sultans that's now a museum of Moroccan artifacts. The American Legation Museum, also in the medina, documents new diplomatic relations between the U.S. and Morocco in an 1821 Moorish-style former consulate. We will also visit Hercules caves shaped in the African continent. In this cavern, Hercules allegedly rested during his labor with an opening in the shape of the African continent, as well as the 1000ft site above sea level at the entrance of the strait of Gibraltar. The visit also includes the Kasbah museum which used to be the house of the former sultan's palace of Dar El Makhzen from prehistoric times to the 19th century enjoying the charming Andalusian garden. Departure from Tangier to Casablanca via Asilah and Rabat. The visit includes the UNESCO World Heritage Site Oudaya, and Hassan Tower, a minaret of an incomplete mosque built by the third Caliph of the Almohad Caliphate in 1195, along with Mohammed V mausoleum that has the tombs of three kings (Mohammad V, Hassan II, and Prince Abdallah). The drive takes you to Casablanca to visit Mohammad V square, an Airy square built in 1916 amid French Colonial buildings, with a statue and pigeon-covered fountain. And Hassan II mosque was completed in 1993, designed by Michel Pinseau, and built by Bouygues. The mosque is considered the second-largest in Africa after the Algiers grand mosque, and 7th in the world. The mosque also has the world's second tallest minaret at 210 meters. The drive takes you by the coastline via El Jadida Mazagan, and Safi then free time. Overnight stay in Essaouira.

Free day to explore the coastal wind Essaouira or Taros in Berber. The city attracts plenty of windsurfers between April and November. The city is well known also for its fortified medina and its art galleries and boutiques, or watch the fishing nets and traditional boats constructed in the hugely atmospheric port. Our local guide will take you on a journey of Marrakech. The tour allows you to visit many landmarks, such as Bahia Palace (The name means "brilliance," a set of beautiful gardens built in the late 19th century and intended to be a palace at its time)—the historic royal necropolis Saadian Tombs dated to the time of the Saadian dynasty. Koutoubia is the largest mosque. Jamaa El Fna, the central and marketplace square. After the guided visit, free time and overnight stay in Marrakech.

The journey takes via the High Atlas Mountains, through many authentic towns and Berber villages.

The journey crosses the village of Telouet visiting Ait Ben Haddou kasbah. A famous 17th-century fortress is classified to date by UNESCO to preserve and protect this renowned site. In past years, its fame built on a film making of Lawrence of Arabia and Jesus of Nazareth and, more recently, the sought-after location for Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Prince of Persia. Lunch will be served in a restaurant near the Kasbah, followed by a sightseeing tour of Kasbah Taourirt. After this, the drive takes you past Skoura city, through the Valley of Roses towards Kalaat Megouna, and entering Boumalne Dades. Dinner and overnight stay in Boumalne Dades

After morning meal, the drive takes you to Todra Gorge in Tinghir. The breathtaking views of the Gorge views and river attract hikers to the area. The trip crosses the desert towns of Erfoud and Rissani. As the journey ends on the edge of the Merzouga desert, there is an opportunity to enjoy traditional mint tea as prepare for your two-hour camel ride. The trek will take you to your desert base camp where you will stay overnight, enjoying dinner, base campfires, and local desert music under the bright stars of the desert night.

Watching the sunrise amongst the dunes is a magical experience and not to be missed. Your morning meal will be waiting for you upon your return, after which you will have the opportunity to visit the nomadic communities around Merzouga, stopping for tea in the souks and enjoying the traditional Gnawa music. As the mid-day sun wanes, we will mount our camels and trek into the pink sands of the Moroccan Sahara; here, we will have ample free time for you to explore and take in the beauty and vastness of the desert dunes. Once the sun sets, a Moroccan dinner will be served alongside live music around the base campfire, after which you are free to explore again - this time in the company of a million stars exploding against the pitch-black sky and the all-encompassing silence of the Sahara at night.

After morning meal, we travel to Fes via Errachidia, the tremendous Ziz Valley via its rocky passage, the commercial center of a vast agricultural hinterland Midelt, and the Cedar forests that are notable as a habitat for a sub-population of Barbary macaques.

Ifran, which is known for its alpine-style architecture nearby ski slopes and forests, and the lion status, you reach your accommodation in Fez by early evening. Overnight stay in Fes.

After morning meal, a full-day guided tour to discover the historical heritage of Fes city. The tour allows you to explore historical sites such as Madrasa El Bouinania (founded in AD 1351–56 by Abu Inan Faris. It is widely acknowledged as a high point of Marinid architecture and historic Moroccan architecture generally.). El Quaraoiyin mosque and University ( the oldest existing, continually operating higher educational institution in the world according to UNESCO and Guinness World Records and is occasionally referred to as the oldest university by scholars.). South Tower, Pottery Village, Nejjarine Square, and the residence of the king. Free time and overnight stay in Fes.

After morning meal, drive to Chefchaoun, visiting Meknes which is known for its imperial past, with remnants and its beautiful gate Bab Mansour is famous for arches and mosaic tiling. The excavated ancient city of Volubilis was also the ancient capital of the Mauretanian kingdom. You arrive in Chefchaouen, the blue-washed buildings of its old town. Well known for its shady main square of Place Outa el Hammam is the red-walled Kasbah, a 15th-century fortress and dungeon, the Ethnographic Museum, and the octagonal minaret nearby. Free time and overnight stay in Chefchaouen.

After morning meal, an official guide will escort you to visit Morocco's lost paradise Akshour Waterfalls, a stunning turquoise waterfall oasis at the end of an easy 5.5km drive in the Rif Mountains, near Chefchoauen. After an enjoyable day, free time, an overnight stay in Chefchaouen.

Transfer from Chechaouen to Tangier. You will be dropped off at your designated location, which can be either your accommodation, the port, or the airport.
