English (US, UK)Upon your arrival, we will pick you up from the port, airport, or your accommodation in Tangier. Your journey will begin with a visit to Cap Spartel and the Hercules Caves, followed by a transfer to the picturesque blue town of Chefchaouen, crossing through Tetouan and the Rif Mountains.
Chefchaouen, one of the most beautiful towns in Morocco, is a typical Berber village. A tour of this charming blue-and-white village includes visits to the famous Uta Hammam Square, the medina, and the waterfalls of Ras El Ma. You will have free time to explore before spending the night in Chefchaouen.
Enjoy some free time discovering the charming blue town of Chefchaouen. At midday, we will drive to Fes, with stops to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis and the historic city of Meknes. You will spend the night in a beautiful Riad in Fes Medina.
After morning meal, enjoy a full-day guided tour to explore the historical heritage of Fes. This tour includes visits to significant sites such as the Al Quaraouiyine Mosque and University, the South Tower, the Pottery Village, Nejjarine Square, the Royal Palace, the Tanners' District, the Jewish Quarter, and more. You will have some free time to explore on your own before an overnight stay in Fes.
Travel southeast to visit the "Lion City" of Ifrane, see the monkey troops in Azrou, and explore the Cedar Forests. Continue your journey south through the stunning landscapes of the Atlas Mountains, passing through the cities of Midelt, Errachidia, and Erfoud.
From there, embark on a camel ride or a 4WD adventure for those who prefer not to ride camels. Arrive at your desert base camp just before sunset to enjoy the breathtaking views of the dunes. Spend the evening exploring the dunes, enjoying dinner, and experiencing traditional local music while sitting by the base campfire,. You will have free time to relax before staying overnight in your private desert tent.
An early wake-up for sunrise is recommended. After morning meal, drive to Ouarzazate, with stops to visit Todra Gorge and Amridil Kasbah. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Ouarzazate.
A visit to the renowned "Moroccan Film Capital" of Ouarzazate provides insight into the filming locations of many famous movies. The ancient Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also well worth a visit. Driving over the 2,260m Tizi n'Tichka Pass and descending into the plains, you will arrive in Marrakech by early evening. You will be dropped off at your accommodation to conclude your journey.
