Itinerary

This 7day trip from Marrakech to Fes then Chefchaouen and end in Casablcanca, will start after the pick up in the meeing point or at your Hotel/Riad and departure from Marrakech at 8:00 a.m. to the Dades Valley via Tizin'tichka pass crossing dramatics landscapes of high Atlas mountains; which peaks at 2260m then Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah; considered as a world heritage, Kella M'Gouna; the roses valley, Boumalen Dades famous by its Dades Valley where we will have our first night. According to the hotel availabilities, the night can be spent in Valley of Roses.

Departure from Dades Valley 8:00 a.m after the breakafast to Merzouga via Tinerhir, then we will have the opportunity to visit and to enjoy with the Todgha Gorges, from there to the palm trees oasis of Tinejdad and Touroug; the old canal of irrigation used in the desert area, Erfoud with the naturel fossils places (amonits and trilobits...etc), and night at the Merzouga Sand Dunes where you will have a camel ride your and spend the night in the base camp. The dinner will be served in the base camp and play the local music around the fire, enjoy stars and chance to walk in the dunes.

Today, we can ride the camels back to the meeting points, and possible to have some other activities such as the quad biking, short trekking in the area and possible the Henna Tattoo for the females. If we are lucky, we can get a chance to visit the traditional market of Rissani and visit Khamlia village for the Gnaoua music, then spend the night in a guesthouse/riad in Merzouga. In summer season, we spend the first half day in Merzouga area and drive either to Ziz Valley or Midelt, to avoid the heat in the Sahara desert.

After the morning meal, will drive through Ziz Valley and Middle Atlas Mountains to Cedar forests where we will have a chance to see the Barbary Apes. By the evening, we reach Fes through the city of Ifrane. Free evening in the old madina of Fes. Overnight in the riad/ free time for dinner.

Today a free day to visit most important attractions of Fes(could be with a local guide) including the madina, Tannaries, Souks, the Royal Palace from outside and have one of the view panoramic of the old town.

Our guide will pick you up early morning to drive for 4hours to Chefchaouen, you will enjoy the landscpaes in the road and arrive to the Blue City of Morocco by the midday, so you will enjoy a free evening in this amazing city with its blue and white houses. Dinner in one of the restuarants in the square or in the Riad(dinner is not included)

You will enjoy an other free morning in Chefchaouen, by 12.00, will drive to Casablanca where the tour ends. If you have the fligh back from Fes, we can end the tour in Fes(in this case, sometimes we use a different car and different guide, if other guests need to drive to Casablanca)

All accommodations in hotel/riad and desert tent

We use different range of accommodation. The hotels are included in the price are standard, please inform us if you prefer to make it upgraded. We can do this services before any booking, and any extra price will be booked through the platform.

For the desert base camp, we have the option of riding the camels in the evening and back to spend the night in a hotel, if you prefer to skip the base camp, especially for these who want to stay in a pool in warm seasons.

English speaking guide(other languages are available)

All our guides are expert guides(can be driver as well), so, you will learn a lot about places you are visiting and about Morocco. Most of our guides are from the Sahara desert, they came from nomadic families, so they know the Sahara desert and Morocco as their palm of their hands.

Note: In Fes and Chefcaouen, you will visit the city by your own selves

All dinners in this trip are included in the price, and we have different options(vegetarian, Halal, Vegan...)

What is not include in this tour: drinks and midday meals, so we will stop in different restaurants to have your midday meal. Also dinners in Fes and Chefchaouen

All our transportation are very confortable and are with A/C, which you can use any time you prefer along this trip. Usually we use either 4x4 or small vans, depending on the availabities and depending on how many people are in the group.

Tour Excludes

The flights are not included in the price, however, we can help you to book your flights by providing the links to book, or from where to start with a cheaper offer. It's better to book your flights in advance, since the prices get higher when the dates of your trips are closed, especially the busy seasons(End of december, October and April/March)

The personal insurance is really recommended

We can have extra day in the Sahara(depending on the weather) or in the Mountains to have other activities like quad biking, hiking, horse riding and trekking

Midday meals: the driver will stop in a restaurant to get your midday meal. Usually we advise you to use the one which is recommended by your guide. But if you prefer to have a different one, of course is fine and you free on that.

Drinks: Soda, water, juice... For the wine, there are some hotels where you can get wine and breer, however, the prices are a bit higher than if you get your drinks from the suppermarkets.

Quad biking: Is an optional activity you add to your trip for some fun adventures in the sand dunes. We appreciate to inform us if you decide before the booking to make the new price through the platform.

Tips: In Morocco everyone is working as a guide, or in hotels, restaurants, camel guides, ... will appreciate to get your tips, however, if they get anything, then is still fine. So, tipping in Morocco, is depending on you and we recommend you to tip, of course if you get good services.

Entrances: There are some places that are not mentioned in the itinerary, however, some of our guests, prefer to visit them, in this case, the entrances and fees are not included in the price.
